Online Case Information

The Clerk's online case information page is the primary public docket access. The Clerk warns that the online service is for general status only, that the docket is not the official record, and that updates may take a few days. The Clerk also says that if a field is blank, the office likely does not have responsive data in its master database for that case.

The Clerk's case look-up page is captured below. It explains that Illinois Registered Attorneys should use the CCC Portal for case lookup information regarding criminal, county, probate, and domestic matters.

Members of the public should not register; the Clerk says unauthorized registrations are denied.

Private Illinois-licensed attorneys must have an active Illinois license and must email helpdesk@cookcountycourt.com with their ARDC number and the username used to register.
